CV Joint Assembly Bracket
Material : Aluminium Discasting
Electric motors deliver 100% of their torque instantly. This creates immense stress on the drivetrain. The aluminum bracket serves several roles using Aluminium Alloy (typically A356 or 6000 series) for these brackets.

Control Arm for Suspension/Brake system
Material : Aluminium Discasting
EV (Electric Vehicle) architecture requires Aluminium Arms because they are essential for light-weighting.
Unsprung Mass can be reduced by using Aluminium that allows the suspension to react faster to bumps, significantly improving ride comfort and tire grip.

Bracket Idler
Material : Aluminium Discasting
In EV (Electric Vehicle), Aluminum Idler Bracket serves a different role than it did in traditional combustion engines.
Since EVs do not have a timing belt or a large serpentine belt to drive an alternator or water pump, the Idler components have shifted toward Thermal Management.

Oil Pump Housing

Material : Aluminium Discasting
While Electric Vehicles (EVs) do not require motor oil changes, they still utilize Aluminum Oil Pump Housings for critical cooling and lubrication of the drivetrain.
In an EV, these components are usually part of the e-Axle (the integrated motor and gearbox unit) or the Thermal Management System with the effect of Heat Sink Properties, Weight Reduction (which is roughly 1/3 the weight against cast iron) and Precision and Sealing.

Water Pump Housing
Material : Aluminium Discasting
Unlike traditional cars where a single mechanical pump cools the engine, an Electric Vehicles (EVs) often has two to four electric water pumps dedicated to different cooling loops: the battery pack, the power electronics (inverter), and the drive motor.
Aluminum (A356 or 6000 series) is preferred for primary EV pumps for several reasons like Superior Sealing, EMI (Electromagnetic Interference Shielding, Crash Safety and Longevity.

e-Compressor Components
Electric Vehicles, the e-Compressor replaces the traditional belt-driven AC compressor, having its high efficiency and low noise, having structure of Fixed Scroll and Rear Head.
Why Aluminum? The scroll spirals require extremely tight tolerances (measured in microns). Aluminum can be precision-machined (or precision-forged) and offers excellent heat dissipation. It is typically a HPDC (High-Pressure Die-Cast) or forged aluminum part.
Fixed Scroll
Material : Aluminium Forging
Rear Head
Material : Aluminium Casting

Low & Reverse Brake Piston
Material : Aluminium Discasting
Specifically modern automatic transmissions and the reduction gearboxes found in many EVs, Aluminum Low & Reverse (L&R) Brake Piston is a critical hydraulic component responsible for engaging a specific gear set or holding a planetary gear stationary.

Belt Pully for BSG
(Belt Starter Generator)
Material : High-Strength Forged Steel
It is a specialized component used in mild hybrid (48V) systems to connect the engine's crankshaft to the motor-generator via a belt.

Motor Shaft for IEB (Integrated Electronic Brake) (EV)
Material : Steel Forging of high-grade alloy steel
Motor Shaft is the core rotating component that converts electrical energy into the mechanical force required for braking.

Rotor Shaft for Electronic All Wheel Drive (EV)
Material : Steel Forging (Chromium-Molybdenum Steel)
In the evolving EV ecosystem, the rotor shaft is a high-precision core component of the electric motor used in e-AWD systems.
